Bellapais is location in St. Johns Street, Central Colchester just a few yards from the bottom of Sheregate steps, opposite Gellers Butchers and CBS discount store in St. Johns Walk shopping centre.

Parking

We recommend parking in Vineyard Street pay & display car park which is FREE after 18:00, our opening time, and just 75 metres from our restaurant.

However you cannot access this car park from St Johns Street. Access is from Osborne Street, which can be accessed from St. Botolphs Street coming from the High Street, or from St. Botolphs roundabout coming from Southway/Mersea Road or Magdalen Street.

There are also a multi-storey car parks in Osborne Street and opposite the restaurant above St. Johns Walk shopping centre, access from Southway only.

Both multi-storey car parks close overnight and require payment, customers are advised to check their own parking arrangements before leaving their cars.
