Our chefs are very experienced in the art of cooking steaks, all our beef is carefully selected from the best quality cattle then butchered and prepared on site at Bellapais, we never use prepacked or frozen meat.
In our opinion certain cuts of steak are better cooked in certain ways, for example if your cooking preference is rare, medium rare medium or well done we are happy to advise you on which cut of steak will taste better for your preference.
